“We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.”

“常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～下次來會再住這裏”

“Great customer service. Good location in the old district. The elevator acted up while we were there, so that wwas annoying if you're bringing up luggage, etc. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of viet items and American items. Beds are comfortable and our family room worked perfectly for our needs. ”

“It's a pleasant stay. I was there for 3 nights. The staff were able to provide timely support and assistance. They were really helpful and friendly. The location is quite near to the old town and the lake. The room was in general clean. There's little room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but just a little. There's slight odour.”
