“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

“This owner is very irresponsible. They canceled their VRBO as a rental and have a full time family in there. We showed up from the USA with no place to stay. I had to be on the phone with VRBO a total over over 3 hours to not be homeless on our stay. We got a hold of the owners sister and she yelled at us and told us we made the mistake!! Renter Beware”
