“We were met with a smile and staff very friendly. The room was nice with a great shower and bath with lots of hot water. Good choices for any GF sufferers and waiting staff helpful. ”

“The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise. The squeaking sound was crazy, as the guests kept walking. Sound proof of walls on the same floor was ok, not silent, but totally acceptable. Apart from the noise, everything is fine. The location is good. Not too far from town centre. It has a big car park, so perfect for a rest in the middle of road trip. Cleaniness is also……

“The hotel is situated in wonderful grounds. The room we had was spacious and clean. Would have preferred a larger shower than an oversized bathtub though! The staff were extraordinarily friendly and attentive. The food was incredible and some of the best we have had at any hotel. Great place to use as a base while in the area. They have set the bar extremely high, just hope they can maintain it!”

“After being placed in a cottage room which was very close to the facility hosting a wedding party We asked to be moved to a quieter part of the hotel as we were nothing to do with the wedding party. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently with no fuss. From this point onwards we received great service in a great room with excellent breakfasts We will use hotel and specific room for visiting family on future occasions.”

“The front desk was very friendly even we arrived very late at night with a lot of belongings. The lady in the morning shift is especially nice and sincere. She was so lovely to let us stay the baggages till the afternoon. ”

“The facilities needed to be renew, toilet seat was not fit to the toilet bowl, bed was too soft for me. We can hear people talking downstairs or walking outside. That's fine to stay 1 night.”
