“Quiet location, clean rooms, property is old but well maintained”

“The owners are extremely nice and very helpful. The bed in our room (Dancing Horses) was less than average due to the air pump not keeping the mattress comfortable. The breakfast was very good. ”

“Rooms are very old and outdated. Beds were all stained. Had to change rooms because tv didn’t work. Just didn’t feel comfortable in the area it was located. They said they offered breakfast but no one told us where to go for it and we didn’t see any signs. ”

“One of our rooms smelled like people had been smoking in it and both rooms had roaches in them. The A/C didn’t work the best”

“It's an extended stay so there are a lot of transient types. But other than that for the price I'd definitely stay again. It was very clean and close to everything. Disney was like 15 min away. 2 Walmarts less then 2 miles and plenty of places to eat”
