“The host was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Check in was easy and clear. They even helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the port. That was awesome. The property was close to the Colosseum and there were several dining options near by. They even provided snacks and bottled water for us upon arrival. It was a nice touch. “Great little hotel! Very clean and close to everything! My one IMPORTANT tip: Make sure the hotel manager knows exactly when you’re getting there because he will need to let you in. (He’s not on site.) I gave our arrival time, but I didn’t follow up to make sure he knew, so he wasn’t there when we arrived. We were SO fortunate that other guests just happened to return after about 5 minutes of us pressing the button. They let us is and we were able to contact the manager via What’s App once we……

“This is the perfect location, right next to the Colosseum, we were able to go rooftop anytime to enjoy the best day/night view of the Colosseum. Staff was very friendly in helping us with shuttle to FCO airport, recommending restaurants and helping with luggage. The room was clean, spacious with high-roof, two large windows for fresh air to come in! we will definitively choose this place to stay if we visit Rome again in the future.”

“Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins……

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
