“Complete scam! 10 of us where staying for the holidays. Host was completely un responsive. Coming from 16 hours away, i was considered and contacted customer support many time explain my concern. They asured me that worst came to worst they could set us up with a place to stay. That was wrong there was no help.”

“Wonderfully decorated for Disney experience. Parking a problem with 4 families with trucks. Overall a great experience. ”

“The host was responsive. The location was good. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The house was comfy and spacious. However there were some concerns such as -the wood floor is shifting and not properly installed so we had to put the rug over it to prevent tripping and getting cut. -There were no batteries in the tv controller or the remote for the fan.-One of the sink in the bathroom was not draining. -One of the shower did not have hot water.-floors were dirty, couldn’t even walk……

“My husband and I and small dog stayed in this lovely house for 1 week. When we arrived i doubled checked the address. The yard was overgrown and full of debris. I immediately reported this ghetto look for the next 4 days. I would not let my dog in the yard because the weeds were over a foot high and yes we saw a snake! This mess of a yard had to have been like this for months. This must have been reported prior to our stay. Someone just doesn't care. All calls went to AI and I got no results.……

“Overall, it was bad service and a home that needed more attention. Inside the house: the door lock/ door knob to the main bedroom did not work so my husband got his tools out for us to get in and then we did not close it any more, the shower door in the main bathroom did not close, the faucet handle on the sink in the master bath did not work, the couch was so hard we could not set on it to watch TV, the bed in the queen room was extremely hard and it could not be slept on, the pool table sticks……
