“I loved this hotel! It was so sweet and cozy and I had a very comfortable stay. The concierge was kind and helpful and the area was safe & quiet. ”

“We didn’t spend much time in the room since we were at the lake however, this room was easy to get to. Easy to park. Very clean. Very comfortable.”

“There was an issue with Booking and Rachel and Shari (sp) went above and beyond to help me get the Reservation I needed. ”

“The hot tub was not working, again, upon our 2nd family trip/stay. We had no in-hotel access to ice or amenities, without going outdoors, and entering back into the main portion of the hotel. And there was no in-room telephone, with which to contact the main desk, or anyone at all.”

“Room floors were a grungy vinyl. Bathroom needed some paint to hide the water stains on the ceiling. ”

“Reservation was for 2 double beds and in one room we got 2 beds and in the adjoining room, there was only one queen size bed. It was a handicap room and I couldn’t get into the bathtub. I thought there would be a shower, but that’s all I have to say.”
