“Impressed when opened the door. Lobby was inviting. Like stepping back in time perfect for a romantic hideaway comfey beds excellent. Loved the double vanity in bathroom. Room was perfect for lounging in front of fireplace. Sad no room service. Will be my choice. Anytime in Des Moines ”

“The location is good. The room amenity are typical. What dissatisfied me was a $1 surcharge without a clarification. I wish there had been an explanation message. ”

“Front desk at check in was great! Room was clean. Only thing about room was the tub / shower. I couldn’t turn the water on. I had to call the front desk for instructions TO PULL OUT ON THE HANDLE! I was afraid to do this in the beginning because the handle was loose and I didn’t want to break anything. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. I am handicap and didn’t like the fact that I had to park around the corner of the outside door. I did not like the fact that I had to walk so……
