Qualche pecca risolvibile: sciacquone del wc non funzionante, odore di fumo di sigaretta proveniente dalla ventola del bagno quando accesa, parecchio rumore che arriva probabilmente dagli impianti delle altre camere e dal frigo presente in camera, reception non presente in struttura. ”

“We chose this location for its good reviews of price, room size and location close to public transportation for one week stay. There was a former breakfast room that provided self serve coffee and continental breakfast. There was daily room service. We were happy with everything except the check in process which was somewhat challenging. And the wifi which was essentially only available in hallways and common breakfast room because of the large buildings walls. ”

“From the minute we arrived (early a.m.)we were welcomed by an amazing staff, served champagne as final touches were put in our rooms. We were then told our rooms had been upgraded from our reservation. Delicious breakfast and amazing roof top bar. Every staff person we encountered couldn’t have done more to please! “Great hotel, excellent staff, service, amzing breakfast, no problem cant be solved, attentive staff, products in bathroom of highest quality, could improve bed mattresses and linens which were all polyester. Was told this was being done. No place for polyester linens in a 5 star boutique hotel anywhere. Would definitely stay again”
