“非常的失望！！！房间内空间太小，酒店还摆放许多东西占掉客人放衣服化妆品和箱子的地方。晚上可听见隔壁说话声、早上被对门送饭声吵醒。晚上出入酒店无人看管，让我们很不放心感觉不安全。对附近餐馆都不熟悉，每次询问总是要很久才找出一家。完全不像是一家被评价如此高的“小豪华酒店”。不会再去住了，同时对网上的评价，也起到了一定的怀疑！”

“We were staying in London for 5 days and finding a place to stay is a daunting task. City Prime was a great choice. It is located outside the hustle busy of central London in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the Earl's Court tube station. You can get everywhere you need to go from there. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer was a plus for an extended stay. Karim was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Highly recommend.”

“We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise.
However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us.

“Great small hotel in Kensington. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bonus to get continental breakfast each morning with freshly squeezed orange juice and lovely fresh bread and pastries.
Carpets throughout could be doing with a thorough cleaning as lots of stains in corridors and room. Room itself was large, bright and had everything needed for a comfortable stay apart from plug beside mirror. Overall we had a fantastic stay at Sonder Kensington Gardens and would recommend anyone to stay……

The room is clean and warm, adjustable temperature. Nice bathroom with warm enough water.
10 minutes walk to the tube station, or 5 minutes walk to a bus station that could go to Hyde park or bond street. Which I think is quite convenience. "
