“It was a wonderful stay! The staff was very nice and welcomed me every time when I go in and out the hotel. This really made me feel welcomed and warm. The doorman Lukasz was particularly nice and helpful!
The location of the hotel was so good, it's almost walking distance to everything.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."

- clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem)
- helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com
Room for improvement
- it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs
- there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk
- the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)"
