“The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered……

“A lovely hotel just what I wanted to relax a little, staff were friendly, food was great maybe a little expensive but what I had I enjoyed. Breakfast was buffet style. Lovely location for a walk around the lake of grasmere and rydal water and also the rydal caves. Close to dove cottage and church Wordsworth connection. Would recommend to stay and hopefully I’ll be back myself 😃”
