“Cerca de una terminal de metro y tren, te queda cerca a pie si llegas del aeropuerto, cerca de las paradas de bus, cafés y restaurantes al rededor, es un depto. Tiene cosina, microondas y horno, cuanta con lavandería gratuita. No tiene tanto espacio para colocar la maletas, el ascensor no servía. Y nadie limpia el dpto a menos que solicites el servicio con cargo. ”

“An absolutely perfect location - tubes, buses and plenty of shops nearby. And the highlight of the location is beautiful Russell Square just a few minutes away.
The room was compact but spotlessly clean and most of all, felt very safe.
The staff responsiveness was excellent - I had issues with the air-conditioning and locked myself out of the safe. The staff were very helpful in resolving both issues promptly.

“Little noisy being so close to Farringdon station, but apart from that it’s a great location, lots of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Rooms were great, well maintained, clean and spacious. Only one tube stop from kings Cross makes it easy to get to. Had a slight issue getting my access codes but was sorted extremely efficiently by calling the helpline. ”

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
"The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. "
"Check in was terrible, both staff were trainees and clearly had to work on their customer facing skills (with just a little smile). The room was much smaller than expected, much smaller. Breakfast was good, the service staff at the restaurant were tentative and constantly made sure all our needs were met.
However, the saving grace was we left our valuables in the hotel safe, they sent an email and when returning to the hotel to collect all the items were there, even cash!
When returning the front desks had mroe "seaoned" staff on hand, the whole experience felt better."
