“The property is in a great location and peaceful neighborhood. The cleanliness of the inside of the house was great! BUT, outside could use some work. There is a ping pong table in the garage, the kids enjoyed that, but there was all kinds of random paint cans and jars of nails and screws, you know , the kind of stuff you keep around your place for minor repairs and stuff, not the kind of stuff you expect to see at a vacation rental. Also the yard needed to be mowed and landscaping is very……

“We stayed here to have room for our family to be together while visiting relatives in Gunter, Tx. This lovely home has a good amount of space and a big, beautiful kitchen. It is a little hard to find in the dark but worth the effort.”

“Really nice place, nicely decorated. The host was great with supplies and communication. The bed was so comfortable, it was a great night of sleep for us both.”

“this was a great spot for us while visiting family in Boyd! a bit of a 'driveway' to navigate, but with AWD vehicle - ok! since it had rained a lot!!! also, the gettting out to open the gate and close every time, a bit of an inconvenience but ok.”

“Overall a great experience. Major props to Todd for finding our car key under the bed. Not only was he willing to ship it, he ultimately set it out on his porch for my Dad to grab before his later flight. My husband could not shut up about his love of the layout of the house. Minor inconveniences did not take away from the overall experience-a few ants in the kitchen on 2 mornings. We didn’t cook so must have been my coffee cup in the sink-some hairs in the bathrooms-shower drainage suboptimal ”

“The house was very clean and well laid out inside. The Pool was smaller than the pictures made it appear and the spa is only a spa, the spa Does Not get Hot because it is only a spa not a hot tub, we should have read better when booking but I am leaving this on here in case it helps someone else. ”
