“I arrived at the hotel at ten in the morning and I was informed that the room wasn’t ready which was totally understandable. However, Danish, another staff, took the initiative to upgrade me to a larger available room seeing that I was so exhausted from my flight earlier. Not only that, he even gave me some incredible recommendations as to where I shall visit throughout my stay. Thank you again for making my trip amazing Danish! ”

“Hôtel bien localisé au terminus de la ligne de métro menant directement à l’aéroport permettant ainsi d’arriver au cœur de la capitale et de toutes commodités. Et pour ce qui est de l’hébergement en lui-même, accueil et service fourni au top. Chambre bien optimisée permettant de bien apprécier son séjour à savoir un agencement avec une zone bureau et l’utilisation du bois m’ont bien plu. Concernant l’isolation, hormis le fait que j’étais localisé à proximité des locaux du personnel ou au matin……

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“Older property but very clean. Considering the location. I can't believe how quiet it was at night. Walking distance to just about everything and a quaint park right across the street to sit at in the evening and look across the city and see the castle lit up. Would absolutely stay there again.”
