Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. ”

“If you stay anywhere in Lisbon make sure it’s Sublime! Big shout out to Inés on reception. The level of service and attention to detail at Sublime is next level! We’ve never felt so welcome at a hotel and the attentiveness made the experience even more special. We only stayed one night but we will definitely be back. Breakfast was incredible and delicious. The rooms, the restaurant and common areas were beautifully designed. You will not regret staying here!”

“職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。”

“I really enjoy the stays of the hotel, the room is very comfortable and clean, I got everything I need. The staffs are willing to help, and the breakfast is nice, too. It's very just in the exit of the metro station, it helps a lot if you are carrying a big luggage like me. Highly recommend!”
