“Had to unexpectedly stay here for 2 weeks while my mom had medical emergency and was admitted to hospital. Stayed in 3 different room types and all were so clean and well kept up. Most importantly, the customer service was best I’ve ever had at a hotel which is even more impressive considering there isn’t the traditional lobby/desk staff. They respond 24/7 over text and were so accommodating given my mom’s medical emergency. Would 100% stay there again or any of their properties across the……

“We only stayed one night and we went right to our room so I really can’t comment on any of the waterslides or any of the activities there. I can only say that when I got there they’re tiny little cramped. Unwelcoming lobby was full to the brim of a bunch of teenagers Barely could get to the window. They didn’t seem to even notice that the place was 20 people over the limit, made it very uncomfortable for me and they need to reconsider how they check people in the room was very nice. The……

“we loved it. really enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi tub in room. The bathroom had an actual WORKING FAN. we never get that. Then when each of us stepped into the shower OMG we each said WOW! there was wonderful water pressure. And did not run out of hot water. We were really impressed. I know that if the hotel was at peak capacity their would probably be more noise-but we did'nt hear any hall noise. We will be coming back and also recommending to all who are going to Wisconsin Dells.”

“The hotel was super clean and the indoor pool areas were perfect for kids, especially young ones. The property seems well maintained and staff was nice. My only 2 complaints would be that the hallways smelled terrible of pot. We unfortunately booked our vacation the same weekend as automotion, so I'm not sure if it was from that or if it always has that problem. Our other complaint is the beds were horrible and we both woke up with bad back pain both mornings we were there. But, all in all……
