“The wifi was spotty in the room. I didn't like how I got a text to "complete my check-in before I got there" only to have to go through the entire process all over again. ”

“My only negative comment is that i was driving from Pa to Colorado i had called the hotel once realizing we would not arrive until like 1 or 2am on the 11th. Hoping we could change the reservation to the 11th with an early check in. However they were not willing to work with me. They would not even give a later check out at first. I felt i had no options since i had used my afterpay. After about almost an hour i was told to sign up for some rewards program that would allow a late check out. Iam……
