“The continental breakfast was very well made the staff were extremely helpful and it was very close by to restaurants and shopping area”

“Killed quite a few bugs in room. Hallway was under renovation but no progress seems to ever made made. Strong smell of cleaner. Large gap under room door. Very no it at lots of unhoused wandering g around and barking dogs. One tried to nip my service dog! ”

“the jacuzzi needed cleaning & chemicals, it was gross! the beds were comfy, maid service was excellent when I needed a few things during my four-night stay! I thought it was interesting when the receptionist check me in and found out I was paying a lower rate for my room thru Expedia, she switched rooms on me, said she gave me wrong key! Light bulbs were flickering in bathroom & door bolt got stuck in lock position, but able to fix it!”

“Great front desk staff. Very nice and helpful. Clean rooms, good complementary breakfast and close to shopping and restaurants. Last time we stayed they had water in the lobby area along with the coffee. This time they didn't have the water. That is the only suggestion I would make is to bring the water back. ”

“It was acceptable, the room was nice and clean. The 4th floor shakes when soneone slams a door, otherwise was okay.”
