“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and……

“Had a great “apartment size suite” for an amazing price. Including full kitchen with island, separate living/bedroom and even laundry and an outdoor coveted deck with bbq. Amazing value. Used the spa as well which was fantastic! Definitely recommend it!”

“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “Wow!!! What an amazing trip my husband and I had visiting Banff and staying in the Fairmont Gold in Banff Springs. The staff truly roll out the red carpet and made a very memorable experience. The food was great and the spa was lovely!”

Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. “The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”
