“This was an all inclusive hotel that served up great food and had very good services. We could easily visit again and have a lovely holiday. This was early May which meant that the hotel was not overly crowded so I cannot say what it would be like in high summer.”

“From checking in to dining to nightly entertainment. This resort is above our expectations. The staff at the front desk just couldn’t do enough To make sure our stay was everything we wanted. The dining and wait staff were beyond accommodative to any needs. Friendly, kind and respectful. Helen at the dining runs a great staff, it was so great to see a head staff having fun with everyone. “We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything available on site, but also very easy walking distance to Funchal centre. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was wonderful & breakfast was a delicious choice of fresh & cooked food. We would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be back. It was my partners birthday while we were in Madeira & despite us not announcing this in any way, he was presented with a birthday……
