“Emplacement de choix près de beaucoup de service. Épicerie assez complète à quelques pas. Variété de restaurant à moins de 300 mètres à la ronde. Piscines naturelles à faire sans faute. Appartement spacieux et ultra complet. Superbe vue sur la mer avec grande terrasse. Recommandé ”

“We had been looking forward to our trip to Madeira, which we had prepared very carefully. It was our intention to travel to Madeira from 7/4/2020 - 18/4/2020. Daniel Oliveira and his son Igor always answered our questions and were always easy to reach! In our opinion, their house is well located. Close to Funchal and yet a bit higher and quieter, above the bustle of the city.... We were unlucky that before our departure a state of emergency was declared in portugal because of the worldwide……

“Overall the property, or indeed, our apartment was great. Clean, and all rooms to a very good standard. Location access was and could be tricky as pavement area requires you to be vigilant to oncoming traffic as you navigate the entry gate. Fantastic views of the landscape of Funchal and 5 minutes walk down the hill you'll find a bank, local cafe/bar, local supermarket and the most beautiful of churches. Unknowingly we booked at the festival of St Antonio and fell in to the festival which was……

“Très bel appartement, situé au dessus du Jardin Botanique. Super bien équipé, avec une déco très moderne. Literie impeccable. Nous étions attendus malgré notre arrivée tardive. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas une petite terrasse pour profiter de la vue sur Funchal.”

“Andrei's apartment is great for one person or a couple. It has an incredible view and the location is perfect. It was only a few-minute walk to the waterfront and from there you can go in either direction. Swimming, eating, and groceries, all were within walking distance. The apartment itself has the amenities necessary to make small meals and a fridge to keep things cold. I would stay there again without hesitation. ”
