“We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything available on site, but also very easy walking distance to Funchal centre. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was wonderful & breakfast was a delicious choice of fresh & cooked food. We would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be back. It was my partners birthday while we were in Madeira & despite us not announcing this in any way, he was presented with a birthday……

“Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper.”

“Die Lage des Hotels ist super! In der Nähe der Altstadt und des Hafens, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gemütlich, modern und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. ”

“房間沒有冷氣風扇，與hotel.com所描述不同，故房間較熱。另外，洗澡水外淺，令地板全濕。床墊開始舊，有下榻情況。景觀開揚，有小型厨房，空間較大，洗澡水夠熱，毛巾隔天更換但天天執房。酒店附近多食店亦有超市，巴士站，泳灘等。酒店有免費接駁車往市中心，但我沒有使用過。早餐有面包，生果，可可米，乳酪及芝士火腿蛋等，不是好味，亦不難吃。”
