“The hotel staff were amazing and made it a pleasant experience. Location is amazing. Walking distance from several areas and really close to the Reading Market. We had breakfast on the hotel restaurant one day, the buffet was way over priced and the options extremely limited. The food didn’t taste good. I had better breakfast on Holiday Inn’s before. ”

“Events were as follows: 9/12 (Day before trip) - Phone call from RPG - was informed that my reservation was changing to the S 15th Street location due to the toilet malfunctioning at the 728 Market Street location. I had no problem with this as it was closer to the convention center. 9/13 - I land in Philadelphia approx. 7PM. Arrive at 15th Street location at 8PM. Codes supplied by RPG do not work on the door. Tried texting and calling multiple numbers available on the website, and the folks……
