“The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet. Overall, it is a good stay.”

“Small hotel, quiet, out of the way but not isolated, has good walks swans swimming and a staff quietly comfortable with what they do. Its just a stones throw from Heathrow. You won't do better.”

“Very pleasant staff with a warm greeting. I was shown to my room which was very small and only just accommodated a double bed. The bathroom was equally minute and sadly both were in need of refreshing the decor. The main negatives was the level of lighting that had little effect on the dark and dingy room. The area designated for tea/coffee etc and the only working area had no light at all so almost impossible to use. Nice touches along with a good range of complementary beverages were a……
