“The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet.
Overall, it is a good stay.”
“On arrival an amazing young lad helped with bags and putting bikes away. Rooms excellent, food excellent. Be nice if breakfast staff was as personable as she was efficient. No hairdryer in room. Overall a fantastic place to stay.”
"This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London."
"Close to McDonald's. Facilities are old but able to work, bed is soft and comfortable. Traffic is easy go back and forth from airport with GBP6.8 paid coach service(Hoppa). Breakfast is soso. Probably to visit again."
