“The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful creekside view. Furnishing were slightly worn and out of date. Staff was very nice and helpful.”

“The best part the kids were allowed to be kids. They loved the water slides. Breakfast was so good, and a variety to choose from. They also had an area with claw machines. My 9yr old won 2 stuffed animals. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in awhile. Also it’s walking distance to down town area. We had a cool view of the bridge (lights up at night) and the space needle! ”

“We were given a handicap accessible room at first. The shower drains into the middle of the bathroom. Horrible setup. Thankful to be upgraded !”

“The Appy Lodge in Gatlinburg was perfect for our family of three! The pool was a hit — clean, well-maintained, and just right for our toddler to splash around. The entire lodge was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved the convenient location, close to attractions but tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The room was spacious, cozy, and super quiet, making bedtime easy for our little one. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and……

“Park Vista was a wonderful experience. From check in (with friendly staff and hot cookie on a cold night) we loved our stay there. The bar restaurants were excellent catering until late night; breakfast buffet was amazing with extraordinary care by the crew. We loved access to easy touristic spots and fun and classic architecture of the hotel. Would always stay here !”

“Check in and out was easy and fast. Our room was roomy, bathroom was clean with lots is counter space and good lighting. Our beds were not very comfortable and I think some new mattresses might be called for, however, the condition of the room was very nice. ”
