“Lovely accommodation attached to a pub. Pub served a good selection of drinks and a decent menu for main meals or light bites. Breakfast was lovely, again with a decent selection. Staff were all lovely. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. ”

“If you're looking for affordable accommodation, Hotel Ramala is one of the best options around. The food is excellent – I had breakfast and dinner there twice, and both were really good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to Junction 2 on the M5, with Aldi right beside it and Asda opposite. Plus, it's just a five-minute walk to shopping and restaurants.”

“I strongly disagree with a a method of rating that rates 8-10 as good to excellent and 1-7 as poor. Think of your staff and how you can make their experience and expectations better over customers who will stay 1-2 nights and can complain about the thing and it’s probably been the best sleep and breakfast they’ve had in a long time. Think about your staff in the strange rating culture that we live in, please!”
