“The property was located in a peaceful wooded area on the quiet side of Acadia. It was not far to the major attractions in Acadia and Bar Harbor. Comfortable, clean space. There really isn’t a kitchen - no stove or sink, but there is a microwave, coffee pot and you can wash dishes in bathroom sink. There is a fridge. It had everything we needed since we were not cooking - just reheating. Lots of information sent ahead by the owners. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“We love this lake house! The area is convenient to everything but also secluded and so peaceful. It was the perfect home to relax in after a long day out exploring Acadia. I was able to cook a lot of our meals, laundry was easy to do and my kids loved the mini pool table. We would stay here again if we visited MDI again. The host was a great communicator and made the experience smooth. The house was clean and comfortable. ”

“We had a group of 9 adults from all over the US meet up in Bar Harbor for a friends vacation. The property was absolutely perfect for our group. Very spacious and perfectly stocked. We loved some of the higher end luxury items, like the heated floors, and the towel warmer in the bathroom. We even had a fun evening listening to the record player. The kitchen was perfectly stocked... there was even a large pot for us to cook our fresh lobsters in. I somehow missed or accidentally……
