“Ingra the restaurant manager was amazing ”

“Not deserve a 4-star and 6Euro city tax per person per night. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful. The room is not as the photo, only the room size matches the description. Like a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Only one lift there. Breakfast is average 3-star. The only thing good is free parking, nothing else. Will not stay here next time if I have other choices.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff did their best given what was available. Breakfast buffet was ok not with many options though. Getting around from the hotel was mainly by uber / / taxi which was very expensive. The nearest train station is about 30mins walk but unsafe to do this as you literally have to walk on the motorway with no pedestrian path, so still have to get a costly uber / taxi to get there. Locating the hotel entrance is also a little tricky cos theres one access ftom the……

“Paolo was an amazing host! He was welcoming, sat with us and explained the ins and outs of the property and gave us great walking and dining directions (which we followed!) The a/c worked great and the property was very clean. We were able to find free parking in front of the building. ”

“Room was spacious and recently renovated. Great location and very close to Frascati. Lots of parking space. It would have been great if the room had a coffee maker. Lots of dust at gravel parking area. In general a good place to stay but can be improved.”

“Klein hotel tussen woonwijk eerste dag was het even zoeken, maar met code kan je makkelijk naar binnen. Vriendelijk personeel die altijd antwoord had op vragen. En voor je klaar stond. Schone kamer. Bed is wel hard. Gratis koffie/thee die je onbeperkt kan pakken. Koelkast met kluisjes in de gang niet in de kamer. Er is wel lawaai, je hoort je buren. Personeel heeft voor ons vervoer geregeld, fijn hotel voor aantal nachten, geen drukke stad en supermarkt en cafés in de buurt. Ook is het……

“入住這間酒店必須要有能通話的號碼，否則不能進入酒店（他們沒有大堂，大樓感覺是住宅）。因為Expedia跟酒店溝通的問題（他們沒有收到訂單）我們在外等了站一小時，強烈建議到達前先通知酒店。 酒店有提供水果跟飲料，非常貼心的服務。也有提供地圖及回酒店的巴士路線。 房間大但整潔有待改善。雖然房間很漂亮但衛生間好像沒有多清潔。可能因為他們不知道有客人沒有多打掃，入住時有看到蟲子跟蜘蛛，杯子也沒有清潔。 酒店距離地下鐵大概要走十至十五分鐘。”
