“I thought the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable to stay in. The manager, Angela, was the greatest in attentiveness and courtesy and extremely helpful. Couldn't get a better person for the position. Her personality and assistance was a definite value add to our trip. My only disappoint was the distance to the tourist attractions. Although not that far in taxi ride ( about 20 Euros) I don't think the property is a good fit for those seeking to walk about any tourist areas. But if……

“Location brilliant just north of the Tiber near Ponte Milio. Hour's walk to Rome central near Forum and Coliseum. Hearty breakfast clean rooms with minibar. Aircon rooms were spacious, toiletries were ample, no tea/coffee making in room is the only downside. Onstreet parking opposite if no space in small carpark to rear. Local pubs and clubs offer ample food choices if not eating in.Ideal location as Rome is not car friendly for non residents.”

“Dovendo recarci a Roma, ed in particolare nella zona della Flaminia, con regolarità il Fleming Suites è diventato un punto fermo nei nostri soggiorni romani. Per vari motivi. Innanzitutto la praticità e la disponibilità nelle operazioni di check-in, poi per la tranquillità della location ed infine per il comfort delle stanze. In definitiva, sembra di essere nella propria casa.”

“This is an excellent hotel located in a very nice and convinent location. You have coffee shops and lovely pizza shops within a few minutes walk. The main bonus is the main bus stop just outside the door and Libia Metro station a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is spotless! Fully renovated. Everything works the shower the TV the coffee machine! Basic breakfast but hits the spot to get you going for the day. The host is a true gentleman. Polite and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel……
