“The hotel is quite dated but still maintained at a very good standard. The property was clwan and the exec room was quite spacious. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely.”
“Hadn't realised that they don't have restaurant open on Sunday night. Open Monday to Saturday. Luckily we'd had a Sunday lunch. Bar was pretty busy so I'm surprised they didn't sell snacks, sandwiches, cakes etc.”
“Plenty of Tea and Coffee parking bit of a squeeze. Make sure you register vehicle details. Some late night noise but bearable. Bed comfy shower plenty of hot water and works ok. Towels good lighting good no chair or writing desk small wardrobe. Access to lical shops and costa 2 minutes walk.”
“Nice Clean room staff very nice and friendly welcoming only things which could be improved on are the main carpets in corridors look a little tired but room was spotless and faultless. spot on and excellent value for money and no tea and coffee in room but they have made it free from bar downstairs. Id stay again without hesitation breakfast under £10 very good too ”
“Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. ”
