“I’m leery of hype, especially in Gatlinburg the Mecca of hyperbole, but this place lives up to all its claims! The rooms are newly redecorated and are up to date, sleek, and clean. And every room has its own private balcony overlooking a very audible mountain stream! We slept with the balcony door open! “The best part the kids were allowed to be kids. They loved the water slides. Breakfast was so good, and a variety to choose from. They also had an area with claw machines. My 9yr old won 2 stuffed animals. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in awhile. Also it’s walking distance to down town area. We had a cool view of the bridge (lights up at night) and the space needle! ”

“Park Vista was a wonderful experience. From check in (with friendly staff and hot cookie on a cold night) we loved our stay there. The bar restaurants were excellent catering until late night; breakfast buffet was amazing with extraordinary care by the crew. We loved access to easy touristic spots and fun and classic architecture of the hotel. Would always stay here !”

“The Appy Lodge in Gatlinburg was perfect for our family of three! The pool was a hit — clean, well-maintained, and just right for our toddler to splash around. The entire lodge was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved the convenient location, close to attractions but tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.
