“I cannot say enough how much this property exceeded out expectations! We were there to celebrate my mother's retirement and attended the symphony, and from the moment we checked in until the moment we left, we could not stop being amazed at how well the staff took care of us. Ms. Kim and Mr. Tyvea at the front desk made sure we were accommodated beyond our basic needs, Elizabeth at Open Palette made sure we had the best dinner experience, even though we came 20 mins to close due to the symphony……

“They are updating the hotel so there is tremendous interior construction happening on the floors - my room was completed but I heard drilling on the floor above me. No coffee pots in the room and do not plan to provide them. ”

“Charges for overnight parking is a little unfriendly to visitors ”
