“Our reservation was confirmed however when we arrived the property manager wasn't there. Thankfully someone from the floor below answered their door and called them. The property manager admitted they forgot about the reservation and was not ready to house us. We ended having to make a VRBO claim and getting housed in a hotel nearby.”
