“Great spot to land and really get away from the majority of tourists. Local restaurants are cheaper, people are happier and it is not that far to all things Arenal. The house was great and property manager responded quickly when we had questions. Only thing is there is just one gate code, doors take a bit to get used to lock and unlock and house is 4th one on the left. But those are just minor things. ”

“The shower at villa Fortuna was the best one we encountered at four different locations in Costa Rica. Very hot and great water pressure. We used the shared kitchen for breakfast which worked well. Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff were helpful organizing a private guide at the hanging bridges and suggesting local attraction sat check in. Soda Visquez is the best for great food and prices.”

“Booked two weeks ago for this hotel and confirmed by Expedia. But hotel send email one day before checking in saying there was no room available due to their booking system error!!! And hotel did not provide any solution for their mistake except a sorry. ”
