“This place is very close to downtown La Fortuna, but stays secluded in lush of tropical nature. It has beautiful views to Arenal volcano, the surrounding area of the property is clean and safe. Or room had clean white towels, hot water in the shower, comfortable enough bed to sleep between all activities that we booked. Fan and AC worked great. There was a small fridge in the room with complimentary water bottle. Also in the bathroom we had all necessary toiletries. Check in was prompt and easy……

“非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。”

“Una experiencia decepcionante, el hotel no incluye todos los servicios y características que dice en la página, es más, no ofrece ni papel higiénico, los lavatorios extremamente sucios, incluso, el drenaje estaba taqueado con jabones de otros huéspedes anteriores, la habitación súper húmeda, el servicio pésimo, la recepción ni existe literalmente; nos costó muchísimo llegar pues el hotel por afuera no tiene ni un cartel que señale dónde es, después de 20 minutos logramos encontrar el hotel por……
