“The nicest resort I have ever been to. The staff was amazing and very accommodating & even helped me get a new rental car. I got a 2 hour massage treatment & it was amazing! Close to all of the excursions, all the food was great, & spent a bunch of time at the swim up pool. There was even a sloth that was just hanging out in the trees above the pool every day. Will definitely go back! ”

“非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。”

“Beautiful scenery. Comfortable room with a view to observe wildlife! Food at restaurant was ok not that great seeing that it’s the only place to eat . Ground were beautiful and staff very friendly and informative . Guided nature hikes were great! ”

“This is our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. The first time was before covid when our daughter was not born yet. We decided to come back because we had a great stay and there was a farm with lots of animals. The hot springs were quiet and private. It is heaven for animals and humans to stay in.”
