“Great resort with great staff. The only areas that need improvement are: 1. The dinner food isn't the best. 2. the pool chairs at the main pool area don't match and aren't as comfortable as the adult pool and beach club chairs.”

“The only option available for us was a family style room. It was spacious in that there were two queen beds and a sitting area. Our patio was completely secluded due to the trees in front. The property itself is so beautifully landscaped. Your stress will melt away! The staff is friendly and accomodating. I asked for an iron and one was delivered promptly, though they weren't sure if there were any. It was away from the town area and anything you do away from there will cost a grip to get to.……

“We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this resort and we had an absolutely excellent time. The location is stunning, and our premium ocean view villa was a perfect choice for travelling with our three boys (two university aged and on reading break as well as our 13 year old). We chose the all inclusive option (after much debate based on some of the reviews) and are so happy we did, the food was amazing! Definitely a quieter resort with a very laid back atmosphere and we really enjoyed……

“Unfortunately I did not have the best experience at this hotel. First night had to get the front desk to help me get rid of a HUGE spider & there were cockroaches in the hotel room. It hurt to shower because the pressure was so strong. The windows are bolted shut so it feels like you are a bit of a prisoner. Not the safest area.. I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews about playa Hermosa. I would recommend Taramindo and Flamingo ”

“The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. On our checkout day we wanted to do a tour in Playa Coco and they held our bags for a few hours. The grounds were well kept. We had a little patio with rocking chairs that was comfortable to sit on while we made plans for the day. The hotel is a block from the beach and the walk is easy. Very close to restaurants and a small market if you need anything. The included breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room itself was a little dated, but it was clean and……
