“The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. ”

“Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. “Loved this quaint hotel over the pub. Breakfast was superb! Best cuppa I had on my trip. The room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that the 4 floors are all walk-up; so although we were on the second floor - it was three flights up with heavy suitcases. I wish there had been staff available to help carry the cases up. ”

“The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.”

“Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. ”
