“We loved this property! We booked the Family Suite. It included bunk beds in a separate room with its own TV. The main suite was well appointed, clean and a nice size. One note, all of the family suites are next to the elevator but we weren't disturbed by any noise. "I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design.
