“Wir waren fünf Tage als Paar im Mandarin Oriental in London und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr einladend und die MitarbeiterInnen waren jederzeit zuvorkommend und freundlich. “I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. “Fantastic accommodation. The room was super clean, comfortable, and awesome. The check-in/check out, housekeeping, and room service was excellent. They have the friendliest staff. “Just had a one night stay in Henry’s townhouse in the James room. very comfortable room, very comfortable bed- exceptionally clean with a good size bathroom and excellent walk in shower. Love this property, felt like a home from home really interesting to look in each different reception room with its various knickknacks and artwork. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful couldn’t really fault it in anyway. would happily return another time”

“I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. Overall speaking, if you are looking for a stay at Titanic like hotel to get a nostalgic back to 80s feeling, here’s the place. I regretted so much in……

Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
