“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. “It was really good experience. They are located in very nice place not too far from downtown and they offer free transit pass to go around banff. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I wish they have Indoor pool for kids and adult because the hot pool outside was too hot, you can barely sit for 10-15 minutes. Overall it was nice place to stay.”

The room was impeccable and room cleaning was great. Located a bit further down on the main street, the 20 minutes walk does require some steps to reach back but it’s worth it all. “The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”
