“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“Great property. I’ll stay again. There were a few minor issues like the door knob in the bathroom needed to be repaired and still fell off after maintenance came up to fix it. Also, the curtains in one area were hanging off track. Not anything major, but noticeable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly. ”

“We have stayed here many times but the last couple of times it’s not been what it used to be. The breakfast used to be DELICIOUS but now it’s not good and very disappointing. There are quite a few “little things” that maybe others would not notice but I felt used to set it apart that they no longer do. The staff there is wonderful and i can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. Hopefully things will get better…”

“Colonial houses are an opportunity to stay right in the midst of historic Williamsburg . The location could not be any more convenient. We stayed at Brick House Tavern on the second floor. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely decorated. However the rooms were last updated about 30-40 years ago estimating by the fixtures, etc. The rooms rates are reasonable based on location but are not reasonable based on the out of date locks (old fashioned brass keys) , bathroom plumbing and scarcity……
