“The frying pans need to be replaced as they are very dangerous to use. Teflon coatings have been scratched and they leach toxic chemicals into your food. Please consider replacing with ceramic coated pans or stainless steel. This is the second stay and pans were unusable. Otherwise the staff here are wonderful and the hotel is very comfortable. I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
