“We really enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse; I will say I wasn’t 100% sure from the pics and descriptions what we were walking in to but just needed a place to sleep and fish with the family for the weekend.The boathouse only has 1 full bathroom in it, which is located downstairs (shower, sink and toilet) - we never did try the other bathroom and were comfortable sharing the 1 between the 3 of us.Also downstairs is the only true bedroom; the king bed was comfy but little cramped fitting into the……

The grandkids enjoyed fishing in the pond and our grandson caught his first bass! Natalia, the host, checked in advance to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. “Our stay at the Tiger Room was quiet and peaceful. The owner, Bill Rathburn, gave us a tour of the beautiful property. His stories gave a glimpse into the opulent past life of his home. Very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Mineola is a historic little town with much to offer with shopping and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. ”
