“Not deserve a 4-star and 6Euro city tax per person per night. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful. The room is not as the photo, only the room size matches the description. Like a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Only one lift there. Breakfast is average 3-star. The only thing good is free parking, nothing else. Will not stay here next time if I have other choices.”

“Hotel beautiful, staff amazing, breakfast good. Views from hotel stunning. However 20 mins drive from main metro so about 30€ each way every day as shuttle not readily available. Hotel does partner with taxi company who are lovely but more expensive than ittaxis. Note hotel not within walking distance to anywhere so need car or taxi. It was lovely to come out of Rome each night to the peace and calm of this hotel, staff and surroundings.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff did their best given what was available. Breakfast buffet was ok not with many options though. Getting around from the hotel was mainly by uber / / taxi which was very expensive. The nearest train station is about 30mins walk but unsafe to do this as you literally have to walk on the motorway with no pedestrian path, so still have to get a costly uber / taxi to get there. Locating the hotel entrance is also a little tricky cos theres one access ftom the……

“Room was spacious and recently renovated. Great location and very close to Frascati. Lots of parking space. It would have been great if the room had a coffee maker. Lots of dust at gravel parking area. In general a good place to stay but can be improved.”

“Paolo was an amazing host! He was welcoming, sat with us and explained the ins and outs of the property and gave us great walking and dining directions (which we followed!) The a/c worked great and the property was very clean. We were able to find free parking in front of the building. ”
