“We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.”

“入住前有詢問接送事宜，但可惜因為時差，無法有效溝通。入住手續單純迅速，房間大且乾淨，一開始以為燈光有問題，人員很快就來幫忙，房內的廚房很方便使用，可以自己簡單用點吃的。住宿一切都完美，只是隔壁房客實在很吵，半夜三點都還有吵雜聲，聽清潔人員說是辦結婚的人，因為我們是商務旅行，長途飛行後需要睡眠，但晚上常常被打擾到，甚至還被亂敲門，無法安穩休息。”

“Enjoyed my stay here. The property and the room were clean. The only issue I had was the AC stopped working and I had to call the front desk and have them walk me through resetting both thermostats. Other than that I had no issues. Would stay here again if I am in the area. ”

“Me hospede unos días con mi familia en el Hotel Renaissance Downtown Chicago y la pasamos sensacional. El hotel tienen una excelente ubicación ya que alrededor están los canales, se puede caminar y hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes en la zona. El personal es muy amable y atento, sobre todo los meseros en el restaurante que se esmeraban por atendernos y darnos tips para nuestro recorrido por Chicago.
