“Such a great hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and it couldn’t have better views or a better location. Absolutely perfect and we will stay here again when we come back for New Years! I will say there is a $32 a day fee when you check out, which I wasn’t aware of so keep that in mind! Get the river view rooms, also! ”

I had to buy a candle on the way out and have already visited the online store for body wash and lotion. Well done. There are a lot of choices in Chicago, but this is now my go to. “We came to Chicago to celebrate my son’s birthday. The staff at this JW Marriott went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was able to arrange a special celebration cake to be sent to the room, plus they sent chocolate-covered strawberries (his favorite)! We booked a room with Executive Lounge access and it did not disappoint. My son was very satisfied with the breakfast - I wish I had stopped in to get myself a bagel.
