“Set in a lovely situation, away from all the hustle & bustle! The woodland walk on property that we asked about was actually no longer accessible, but just walking along the long driveway provided nice views of the countryside and flower-farm in the distance! We made use of the bar menu for our evening meal, and the breakfast buffet was good. The spa (Sunday daytime) was very quiet which was perfect. The staff were really nice and friendly. “Clean and comfortable. The condition let it down a little, e.g. badly damaged headboard, it would be easy to replace. Also the rooms are in the car park and cars are right outside the downstairs rooms’ windows. With an eye mask I got a good nights sleep and the pub is lovely, people friendly and the breakfast is very good. ”
