“Clean and good location”

“A terrible experience. Broken bathroom fixtures, dirty floors, dirty towels, blocked showers/sinks/toilets, slow service, unfriendly staff ( apart from Vic, Charlie and Amelia who, to be fair, were genuine and tried their best). To call this hotel 5-star is frankly fraud. It’s a shabby hotel, rooms and service 2 stars at best. Do not stay here with your family.”

“There are loads of things to love about this hotel but the rooms aren’t one of them. They are pretty old and tired. The lift situation is chaotic as there aren’t enough of them and lots of people checking in with kids and luggage. The resort overall is pretty cool. The pool was fun (a bit small), ”

“Very pleasant staff with a warm greeting. I was shown to my room which was very small and only just accommodated a double bed. The bathroom was equally minute and sadly both were in need of refreshing the decor. The main negatives was the level of lighting that had little effect on the dark and dingy room. “The location, the hotel and the room was excellent. Everything was all very clean and the our room cleaned well everyday. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The service in the restaurant was not so good. I felt the staff didn't look around enough to see what was happening and when they were quieter, they weren't clearing tables. 12% service charge seems excessive when the service was below par. For both meals we had, we had to go to the bar to pay our bill, as we were unable to get the……
